CVING app for iPhone and iPad

Candidates receive five questions on the CVING app, which they have to answer within a week through an on-demand self-video. They have 30 sec to think about the answer and, once ready, up to 60 sec to record it.
A particular feature of CVING is the background behind the candidate, which will always be white and uniform, to help people not to worry about the surrounding environment. It is an actual interview, but “when and where you want”.
Only CVING has developed such concept, thanks to the algorithm of machine learning necessary for the ability to capture the moving person and exclude the background.
As confirmed by experts in the field of recruiting, this is the new format and it is important that the young candidates prepare to sustain interviews of this kind.
Recruiters receive the video interviews and can evaluate them according to their own metrics; they can invite the candidates they like the most on site, for an interview in person and closer to the deciding phase of the selection.

In order to support the change towards an innovative, digital and meritocratic system, CVING makes available a training area where to answer the questions that are most commonly asked by businesses in a job interview. Once it is filled out, it can be exported in a catchy format and can be attached in new applications, for whatever job. The originality of the CV can catch the attention of who analyses it, increasing the probability of being upgraded to the next selection phase.
